In the Mood for Making Bracelets

I've been in the mood for making bracelets recently. I don't know why... and, this is the color combination I came up with - chocolate pearls, pink Opal, pale orange Jade and Riverstone. The rectangle beads are white Turquoise with brown, light pink and orange inclusions. So pretty!

These green Turquoise coins are rare as they are tip drilled from front to back. I think I will pair them with antiqued brass chains. I love the color of antiqued brass. It has a great vintage look. :)

Gemstones from India

Holy cow!!! I didn't order this much! I swear I didn't! My supplier included lots of extra stones (mostly Chalcedony that everyone loves) in the package. It's so nice of him!

I bought Kyanite for the first time. I LOVE this cute cornflower blue! I can't even think what to make. Just feel like looking at these lovely gems for all day long...

Handmade Glass Spacers from Israel

This is what I was waiting for a long long time! A registered mail from Israel!

Postage in Hebrew!

There is a cute package with a few candies inside. So sweet!

Beautiful handmade glass spacers, 4 x 6mm in light blue, pink and coral! The blue ones have super cute raku frit (black pepper like dots). I love these spacers for a choker or bracelet with brown leather cord. :D

Café Latte from Starbucks?

This is what I have almost every morning. My husband makes a perfect café latte.
Looks good, huh? Is he an experienced Barista? No! He is a writer but just so enthusiastic about food and drink!! (He is not a food writer, by the way...) Our new favorite is organic Brazilian from Dana Street Roasting Company (http://danastreetroasting.com/).

Hmmm... It's so good!

New Year, New Gemstones!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Some of my suppliers are located outside of the U.S.
A few days ago, I got a small package from Thailand.

Elephants, symbol of Thailand, are displayed on the stamp. Cute!

It came with a cute little jewelry box!

Wooooooo! Yummy colors and lots of sparkles!! These are Rhodolite Garnet brios (reddish pink stones) and Mystic Gold Spinel rondelles. Although the color of the stones is darker in person, it's hard to find Rhodolite Garnet with cute Pink Tourmaline color like this.

Mystic Pink Topaz brios. These are small but gorgeous! I can't wait to use them in my jewelry. ;) I am expecting more stones to arrive in a few days. Hehehe...
